We value our customers so we try to make sure that every order and every product is correct and without flaws. If however you find a need to exchange or return a product to us, please note the following policies.
Due to prevailing rules and regulations there are some restrictions on returns and exchanges.
All exchanges and refunds must be requested on or before the 30th day after the shipping date.
The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.
Please note, for health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. We apologize in advance if this creates an inconvenience.
We will gladly provide an exchange or refund on any item that is damaged in manufacturing or shipping.
We will gladly provide an exchange or refund if the item you received is not the item that was ordered.
We do want to provide honest and fair service to our customers so please contact us if you have an issue with one of our products.
We will try to work out a fair solution if possible.
We do however retain the sole decision as to what course of action if any will be taken.
